Growing old - What did you Say?
I love living here in The Home! We are such an amazing community. We get together for coffee, Happy Hour/Trivia, bingo, card games and Rousing Mexican Train. These are all fun times, and because many of us are losing our hearing, the FUN is just amplified. No pun intended. I would like to share some of our FUNNY Moments. Happy Hour Trivia is one of the funniest times. Together, we have -- Deafness, soft speakers, southern accents, northern accents, failing eyesight.... So someone reads the card and it has to be repeated 3 times before everyone gets it. Of course, while it is being repeated three times, the laughter starts and the deaf ones are hindered further.
